Shiro Cosmetics Delivers Unto Me Gorgeous Greens

Heyo!  I have two more eyeshadows from one of my hometown indie brands, Shiro Cosmetics.  It took me a criminally long time to try them out and I am so glad I did.  I've been very happy so far with their formulas and fun use of colors. Green has a special place in my taupey heart, so here are a few I decided to try out.

Here are Beyond the Fence and Kokiri Emerald.  These two shades seem like companions to each other.  They work together beautifully in a look or when paired with other colors.  These are versatile shades.  The pigmentation on these is great and they apply and blend easily.

Beyond the Fence

Beyond the Fence (Tributes Collection) is a warm forest/olive green with a golden shimmer.  Surprisingly, I don't have many shades similar to this.

Kokiri Emerald

Kokiri Emerald (Legends Collection) is a lighter, slightly springier version of Beyond the Fence, both having a green base with a golden shimmer.

Final Thoughts

Lovin' Shiro Cosmetics.  The quality is exactly where I want it to be and they have produced some amazing colors, including one so awesomely unique, I am surprised it doesn't have a cult following (more on that in a later review).  They have reasonable pricing on samples and full sized products,  they are Vegan and Cruelty Free...they also give you candy!

Where to buy: Shiro Cosmetics
Price: Sample (1/4 tsp in baggie for $1.00), Mini (1 gram for $3.50) , Full Sized (2 gram for $5.00)

  1. These are both really nice greens! I don't wear green eye shadow nearly as often as I probably should... I bet these look amazing together, plus, I love the names :)

  2. Green is my comfort color. I know purples and blues are supposed to be great colors for brown eyes, but I just feel good in greens. I am planning my next Shiro order now, they have a few shades I think will surprise people when they see them.
